Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before their appointment to receive a refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount with no refund provided.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and it will be considered a late cancellation.
Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
- We reserve the right to decline services if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for your health condition.
Gift Vouchers & Promotions
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiration date.
- Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
Right to Refuse Service
