- Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows or missed appointments will be charged in full, with no refund provided.
Rescheduling & Modifications
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to arrange a new time.
- Rescheduling within less than 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation, and a new booking will be required.
